How to get the right part.
Identify the part
Give us the model and configuration, and tell us what the part does or what failed. A photo of the damaged part saves a round of questions.
Confirm the fit
We check the part against your helmet's configuration: sideblock, valving, comms, lockup, and finish all vary between builds.
Quote and ship
You get a price and a lead time, and the part ships from Texas.
Fit it or send it in
If it is a part you can fit in the field, we will tell you how. If it is not, send the helmet and we will do it.
