Diving Helmet Manufacturing and Sales
The Gen-6 and Gen-7 Gladiator, cast in silicon bronze and built to order.
We manufacture and sell the Gladiator line, the Gen-6 and Gen-7 diving helmets, cast in silicon bronze and built to order in Marion, Texas.
Every helmet is built around your configuration: shell model, exterior finish, air tubing, sideblock, valve knob, welding shield, light and camera brackets, faceplate guard, comms, and handle. Because we cast and machine the components ourselves, we are not assembling from someone else's catalogue, we are building your helmet.
The Gladiator is sold factory-direct to commercial and military divers, and to the dive companies that equip them. Factory direct also means the people who built the helmet are the people you call about it.

Common Questions
Diving Helmet Manufacturing and Sales: questions we get asked.
What is the difference between the Gen-6 and the Gen-7?
Both are cast silicon bronze and both are built around the Poseidon Xstream regulator. The Gen-6 and Gen-7 differ in shell and valving design, and the 'a' and 'n' versions within each generation differ in sideblock and airtrain configuration. Full specifications are on each model's page in our catalogue.
How long does a helmet take to build?
Lead time depends on the model, the options on it, and what is already in the shop. Tell us the configuration you want and we will give you a current lead time with the quote.
Can I order a single helmet, or do you only sell to companies?
We build for individual divers as well as dive companies. Our first helmets were custom hats and prototypes sold one at a time to working divers onsite, and we still work that way.
