Every feature on the Gladiator is intended to be an improvement on the existing plastic helmets commonly in use today. Cast in silicon bronze, precision-engineered through laser scanning and CAD, and field-proven by working commercial divers. Cast Silicon Bronze Construction
Hammer-tough helmets with shells cast in silicon bronze nominally 1/4" thick, engineered to withstand the pressures of the deep and provide unmatched safety and comfort.
Separated Exhaust for Fresh Air
Exhaust gases do not pass through the demand regulator, virtually eliminating CO2 retention so every breath is fresh and clean, with less venting, less faceplate fog, and lower gas consumption.
Superior Comms
Crisp, clear communications thanks to bronze shell acoustics and the extremely quiet Poseidon Xstream demand regulator, with heavy-duty brass commposts for 2-wire or Marsh Marine 4-wire comms.
Precision Engineered in Texas
Built using laser scanning, CAD file editing, and 3D printing to create perfect patterns for investment casting molds, with every feature designed as an improvement over the plastic helmets commonly in use today.
Field-Tested by Working Divers
The first helmets were custom hats and prototypes sold to commercial divers onsite; the first Gladiator test dive reached 273' on a working dive in the Gulf of Mexico.
